If you wish to cancel, return or exchange an order please print and complete the returns form below. Place the form inside your return package along with your receipt.

Return Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and be unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers: should you decide your item is not right for you, it can be exchanged or refunded straight away in store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take the item away.

If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover any associated re-delivery/return postage costs.

Updated Suspension:The new Maestro rear suspension system provides 140mm of rear travel. The trunnion mount shock and Advanced Forged Composite rocker arm combine for a longer stroke with a smooth, active feel and greater chassis stiffness for precision control. Paired with a 150mm travel fork, this setup ensures superior confidence and control on technical singletrack.
Adjustable Trail Geometry:The three-position Maestro flip chip allows you to customize the frame geometry for your riding style and terrain. The high setting offers more ground clearance for tight, technical trails, the low setting provides a slacker head tube and lower bottom bracket for high-speed stability, and the middle position is neutral. Additionally, a new headset flip chip adjusts reach for personalized positioning.
Rear Wheel Options:The bike comes standard with 29-inch front and rear wheels, but the flip chip lets you switch to a mixed wheel setup with a 27.5-inch rear wheel. The stock 29-inch rear wheel optimizes stability and roll-over capabilities, while the 27.5-inch rear wheel offers a more agile, snappier feel and increased saddle-to-tire clearance, ideal for steep, technical terrain.
