If you wish to cancel, return or exchange an order please print and complete the returns form below. Place the form inside your return package along with your receipt.

Return Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and be unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers: should you decide your item is not right for you, it can be exchanged or refunded straight away in store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take the item away.

If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover any associated re-delivery/return postage costs.

2022 Giant Trance X 1: A Lively Trail Bike for Rock Gardens and Jumps

Float through rock gardens, hit the jumps, and find the faster line with the 2022 Giant Trance X 1. This lively trail bike, equipped with quick-handling 27.5 wheels and adjustable frame geometry, is a party on wheels.

Key Performance Factors:

Adjustable Frame Geometry:The new flip chip feature allows you to change the headtube and seattube angles, as well as the bottom bracket height, to fine-tune handling for varying trail conditions and individual riding styles.
27.5 Agility and Control:The 27.5-inch wheels balance agility and control, enabling you to roll over rugged terrain, flick the bike at speed, change lines, and explode out of corners.
Progressive Suspension:The updated Maestro rear suspension features a trunnion mount shock with a longer stroke and smoother feel. With 145mm of rear travel (and 160mm up front), it includes an Advanced Forged Composite upper rocker arm for increased stiffness and strength, plus a lower overall frame weight.

Whether you’re floating through rock gardens or hitting jumps, the 2022 Giant Trance X 1 offers the perfect blend of agility, control, and performance.
