If you wish to cancel, return or exchange an order please print and complete the returns form below. Place the form inside your return package along with your receipt.

Return Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and be unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers: should you decide your item is not right for you, it can be exchanged or refunded straight away in store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take the item away.

If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover any associated re-delivery/return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

The SyncDrive Pro mid-drive motor delivers seamless pedalling assistance so you ride easier—even on hilly terrain carrying a full load. You can carry up to max. 361 lbs/164 kg on the e-cargo bike and still have a smooth, nimble ride. It comes with a 500 Wh battery and offers an auxiliary battery option to increase your range if needed. With the range of accessories available, you can build the PakYak E+ in different configurations to fit the different needs of your lifestyle.
