If you wish to cancel, return or exchange an order please print and complete the returns form below. Place the form inside your return package along with your receipt.

Return Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and be unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers: should you decide your item is not right for you, it can be exchanged or refunded straight away in store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take the item away.

If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover any associated re-delivery/return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

Smooth Control: Built with a lightweight aluminum frameset optimized for front suspension, featuring 40mm of travel to absorb impacts and ensure faster, smoother rides on rugged terrain.
Tuned Compliance: Lowered seatstays and smaller diameter tubes reduce road shocks and vibrations. The Contact SL XR D-Fuse handlebar adds compliance without compromising stiffness, ideal for cornering, sprinting, or climbing.
Adaptable Terrain Handling: Equipped with a flip chip rear dropout for adjustable wheelbase—short for agility or long for stability—plus tire clearance for up to 53mm. Choose between the suspension/dropper seatpost, proprietary D-Fuse seatpost, or traditional 30.9mm round seatpost for a customized riding experience.

The Giant Revolt X 1 delivers precision and adaptability, empowering you to conquer new terrains and push limits with confidence.
